Voted #11 in Office Snapshot’s look back at the most popular offices of 2022, the JLL London office has been designed to meet the flexibility and sustainability needs of the business.

Working in collaboration with Tétris, JLL wanted a workspace that reflected their collaborative, inclusive and sustainable values whilst also targeting WELL Platinum, SKA Gold and BREEAM Excellent certifications. Focussing on their company sustainability, JLL wanted to create an office to support meeting their target of being Net Zero Carbon by 2025. The space was designed for their employees to feel part of a community, catering to all different people, such as different faiths, physical abilities, genders and neurodiversities. To create a completely inclusive environment, they ensured to include darker study booths, quiet zones, different colours and textures and specific rooms for prayer, wellbeing and parents.
