A. Farber Consulting specialise in business advisory, they have several locations across Canada, providing business and financial consulting services since 1979.

As pandemic restrictions eased, the employees of Farber Group began their returning to the office. They soon found, however, that the space didn’t reflect the reasons why they wanted to come into the office. Focus heavily shifted during the pandemic from being in the office to worked individually to a focus on collaboration and connection. This called for the project team at Farber chose to re-design their space, expanding collaborative areas and reducing the amount of individual workstations. Farber enlisted the help of Streamline, who helped throughout the duration of the whole project, from initial design development through to completion.

A selection of our products were selected to be used within the collaboration and break out zones, focusing heavily on comfort. By including the Jig modular sofa, Wrapt coffee table and the Ora chair has created a space where colleagues can step away from their desks to have more relaxed conversations and meetings. The idea of bringing home comforts into the office has become increasingly popular, particularly since the pandemic.

The renewed space reflects the way that office spaces are changing to create more a effective environment for employees spending time in the office.
